The Atosa ATSP-18-2 Double Stock Pot Stove is engineered for commercial kitchens that demand powerful, reliable heat across multiple large stock pots simultaneously. Featuring two three-ring cast iron burners, each rated at 80,000 BTU, this standard-height unit delivers a combined 160,000 BTU per hour for maximum productivity. Constructed with stainless steel sides and a stainless steel front valve cover, the ATSP-18-2 offers excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and easy cleaning. A full-width, removable stainless steel drip pan captures spills and grease, simplifying cleanup during high-volume use. Each burner is equipped with two continuous pilots and stainless steel pilot tubing and pilot tips, ensuring reliable ignition and consistent flame performance. The heavy-duty cast iron top grates provide superior stability for large, heavy stock pots. With two manual controls per burner, chefs can independently adjust the inner and outer rings for precise heat control. Adjustable stainless steel legs allow for proper leveling and comfortable working height, even on uneven kitchen floors. The ATSP-18-2 includes a 3/4” NPT rear gas connection and regulator for straightforward installation. ETL listed for safety and backed by a 1-year parts & labor warranty, this stove is ideal for restaurants, commissaries, catering kitchens, and food production facilities.
