The Atosa ATSB-36 36″ Salamander Broiler is designed for professional kitchens that require speed, precision, and consistent finishing performance. Perfect for broiling steaks, melting cheese, caramelizing toppings, and glazing proteins, this salamander delivers powerful radiant heat with exceptional control. Equipped with two high-efficiency ceramic infrared burners, each rated at 21,500 BTU, the ATSB-36 provides a combined 43,000 BTU of output with an ultra-fast 1-minute preheat time, allowing chefs to keep up with peak service demands. Dual valve controls enable independent left and right zone operation for better energy efficiency and cooking flexibility. The unit features a four-position adjustable rack system that can be easily raised or lowered using an ergonomic lever, allowing precise heat control for different foods. A removable chrome broiler rack and removable crumb/grease tray simplify cleaning and maintenance. Constructed with a stainless steel exterior and interior, the ATSB-36 is durable, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean. A range mount kit ships standard and is designed specifically for compatibility with Atosa 36″ ranges, while an optional wall mount kit is available for alternative installation needs.
